Symptoms of a possible hip condition:
- Pain in the groin area or along the outside of the hip
- Discomfort and swelling in the thigh and knee
- Limping or inability to walk comfortably on the affected side
- Fever, redness or warmth in the hip area
- Popping or snapping in the hip
Common conditions of the hip:
- Arthritis
- Bursitis
- Hip fracture or dislocation
- Tears to the labrum
- Injury to the extensor tendons
